From the warm welcome with fruit and chocolates to the spacious and impeccably clean room, my experience surpassed expectations. The cheerful staff, including the attentive guest relation manager, added a personal touch. Breakfast was a delightful array of options, setting the perfect tone for the day. I’ll definitely return for another memorable stay!

During my stay, I encountered several issues. The WiFi was utterly unreliable and contributed to a frustrating experience. Additionally, I noticed low water pressure in the shower, which made my bathing routine unpleasant. Lastly, the absence of basic items like slippers added to my dissatisfaction, and overall, it felt that the rooms were lacking essential amenities.

The staff was incredibly accommodating and helpful. They surprised us with a lovely fruit basket upon arrival! Room service was excellent. The breakfast spread was delicious and reminiscent of a five-star experience.
